Oltre venti denunce al giorno da parte delle forze dell’ordine per coloro che vengono beccati in strada non per esigenze di necessità. E’ il dato che emerge dai procedimenti penali avviati presso per le Procure di Santa Maria Capua Vetere e Napoli Nord: nella città samaritana sono 81; negli uffici di Aversa (che comprende l’agro aversano ed una parte dei comuni dell’hinterland napoletano) sono 200.

I fascicoli sono stati aperti dopo le segnalazioni arrivate da carabinieri, polizia, guardia di finanza e polizia locale delle varie città che beccano in strada senza “motivi di necessità” cittadini che non riescono a restare a casa e seguire le indicazioni del decreto del presidente del consiglio de ministri Giuseppe Conte.

I magistrati dovranno verificare se le persone denunciate dalle forze dell’ordine avevano effettivamente un valido motivo o se hanno mentito violando l’articolo 650 del codice penale e magari, nei casi più gravi, anche il reato di false attestazioni a pubblico ufficiale.
