Coronavirus: sputa sulla frutta, identificato e denunciato l’autore

Nella mattinata odierna, personale della Polizia di Stato della Questura di Caserta ha denunciato, in stato di libertà, F.S., 25enne casertano, per i reati di procurato allarme e inosservanza ai provvedimenti dell’autorità.

La denuncia del soggetto è maturata a seguito di alcune segnalazioni, raccolte nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri da operatori di questa Squadra Mobile, circa il fatto che un uomo si era reso autore di un video, diffuso dapprima tramite l’applicativo Instagram e rimbalzato rapidamente nel mondo dei social, nel quale ritraeva se stesso in macchina con un’altra persona e poi, da solo, nei pressi di un banco esposizione frutta di un supermercato.
Qui, il giovane toglieva la mascherina che calzava e di nascosto “sputava” sulla frutta esposta; in tali frangenti, appariva in sovraimpressione la scritta “INFETTIAMO”.

Immediati accertamenti hanno permesso agli investigatori della locale Squadra Mobile – Sezione “Falchi” di identificare l’autore del video e di individuarlo, nella mattinata odierna, presso la propria abitazione.
Il giovane è stato accompagnato in Questura e denunciato, mentre il suo telefono cellulare smartphone è stato sequestrato.
