Con l’emissione dell’ultimo DPCM del 17 maggio u.s. e delle ordinanze della Regione Campania n. 48, 49 e 50, lentamente e soprattutto con grande senso di responsabilità di tutti, si sta tornando alla normalità, anche se rimangono dei comportamenti da osservare come l’uso della mascherina e il distanziamento interpersonale, al momento non modificabili per evitare le restrizioni passate.
Proprio per assicurare il giusto distanziamento e l’uso della mascherina, l’attività del personale della Polizia Municipale di San Nicola la Strada si è concentrata sulla vigilanza ai luoghi pubblici e aperti al pubblico, dove è notevole la presenza delle persone e presso le villette comunali, il cimitero, l’isola ecologica e l’emiciclo ovest di “Largo Rotonda”, al momento inibita con un provvedimento sindacale.
Sono stati effettuati controlli alle attività di ristorazione per la verifica delle condizioni imposte dai provvedimenti emanati. Controlli che non hanno evidenziato particolari criticità, infatti i gestori stanno rispettando le norme. Infine, a seguito di una intensa attività investigativa, è stata individuata, grazie all’ausilio del sistema di videosorveglianza, la persona che lo scorso 9 maggio in via Santa Croce si era allontanata dal posto dopo l’investimento di un ciclista.
A carico della persona in questione sono emersi diversi indizi circa il comportamento avuto e del fatto è stata informata la Procura della Repubblica per l’ipotesi di reato prevista dall’art. 189 (omissione di soccorso) del vigente codice della strada.
