Caserta, la Polizia Ambientale sequestra il Cimitero degli animali

E’ stato sottoposto a sequestro penale il cimitero degli animali di Caserta. Il sequestro è stato eseguito nella giornata di mercoledì 27 maggio dai carabinieri del Nucleo Investigativo di Polizia Ambientale Agroalimentare e Forestale di Caserta su disposizione della Procura della Repubblica. E’ quanto emerge dal cartello pubblico affisso dai militari dell’Arma fuori ai cancelli della struttura sita in via Giorgio La Pira. 

Gli ultimi sigilli scattarono già nel mese di novembre del 2019, a seguito di un’operazione interforze nell’ambito dei servizi di contrasto per la “Terra dei Fuochi” programmati dalla cabina di regia dell’incaricato vice prefetto Gerlando Iorio. Gli agenti della polizia municipale di Caserta insieme ai militari dell’Esercito italiano, agli agenti della polizia di Stato e al personale dell’Arpac e dell’Asl sequestrarono la struttura di via Giorgio La Pira, a causa della mancata autorizzazione all’attività di servizio cimiteriale per gli animali.
