Delitto in famiglia, Eduardo confessa: il coltello comprato qualche giorno prima dell’omicidio

Si assume le sue colpe Eduardo, il 24enne che ha ucciso la madre Rubina Chirico in un’abitazione al civico 42 di corso Trieste al centro di Caserta. Interrogato a lungo, il giovane ha raccontato quel terribile giorno, insieme a svariati dettagli fondamentali per il prosieguo delle indagini.

Ha raccontato anche la dinamica dell’acquisto del coltello, entrato in suo possesso solo qualche giorno e quella dell’omicidio: una furia senza senno in piena notte con coltellate al corpo ed al volto della madre mentre dormiva. Secondo quanto ricostruito, Rubina non si è difesa, rimasta inerme davanti all’assurda aggressione del figlio. Quest’ultimo poi si è recato in farmacia per acquistare garze e disinfettante per una ferita alla mano però precedente all’omicidio.

Il movente sarebbe legato ad un rapporto deteriorato da anni con il genitore per i problemi psichici della donna. Per questa ragione il giovane risiedeva a Spello, in provincia di Perugia insieme ad uno zio tornato poi a Caserta per stare con la madre durante la quarantena. La convivenza forzata ha fatto riemergere tutti i problemi ed i dissidi con un epilogo davvero tragico.

    و به آنها با زن‌ستیزی و
    اغماض رفتار کند. منوچهر کلاهبردار بدبین به برادرانش پیشنهاد ملاقات کاری با یکی از دوستانش
    را داده بود – لیلا طبیعتاً
    به عنوان یک زن از جلسه کنار گذاشته
    شد. معلوم شد که این فرصت صرفاً

    بین‌المللی و ایرانی شده است.

    یکی از مهم‌ترین کارهای او سریال
    شهرزاد است که طرفداران زیادی هم
    داشت.
    مدت زمان فیلم «برادران لیلا» دو ساعت و چهل و پنج دقیقه‌ است و از
    طولانی‌ترین فیلم‌های این دوره
    از جشنواره کن محسوب می شود.
    فیلم برادران لیلا در جشنواره کن، در جذب منتقدان انگلیسی زبان موفق
    عمل کرد. ۱۰ نقد نوشته شده توسط این گروه از
    منتقدان و گردآوری شده توسط سایت راتن تومینوز، حاکی از رضایت ۹۰ درصدی آن‌ها است.

    تازه اگر خیلی دلت یک زن قوی و مستقل که متضاد سمیه
    ی ابد و یک روز است میخواهد، یک زن بد دهن، بی ادب که حتی عرضه
    داشتن یک کار درست و حسابی و مستقل شدن ندارد را
    وجه قیاس نگذاریم بهتر است! پدری که توی سینک می‌شاظد و پشیزی برای کسی قایل نیست
    وبالعکس کسی هم برایش، چه قداستی دارد
    که شکسته شود! خاکبرسرت سعید, بیشعور
    یه پدر هر چقدر هم اشتباه کرده باشه ,
    فرزنداش غلط میکنن بخوان روش دست بلند کنن.

    من میگم همین خوراک های فرهنگی تاثیر بسیار زیادی در روابط آینده ما داره .
    اگه درکش برای جامعه سخته پس یعنی
    همون پدر سالاری تو جامعه وجود داره.

    همه‌ی این‌ها به این معنا نیست که «برادران لیلا» فیلم هدر
    رفته‌ای است و ارزش تماشا کردن ندارد.
    حقیقتا به چشم آمدن این ضعف‌ها به خاطر توقعی است که خود سعید روستایی با
    آن همه توانایی‌های تکنیکی در خلق سکانس‌های منفرد و هم‌چنین بخش‌هایی جذاب
    و پر کشش در هر سه فیلم بلندش، ایجاد کرده است.

    حتی در لحظه‌ی گرفتن عکس خانوادگی
    در حیاط خانه، روستایی نشان می‌دهد که در اندازه
    نگه داشتن احساسات جاری
    در یک سکانس و تاثیرگذار کردنش بسیار توانا است.

    قرار گرفتن این لحظات خوب در کنار هم و البته توانایی بالای کارگردان در سرگرم کردن
    مخاطب فقط این حسرت را باقی می‌گذارد
    که «برادران لیلا» می‌توانست به اثر بهتری تبدیل شود و البته
    این امید را هم می‌دهد که سعید روستایی هنوز بهترین فیلمش را
    نساخته است. در برادران لیلا اصولا رخداد دراماتیک به معنای سینمایی آن نداریم.

    اونا مشکلات دارند و در فیلمهاشون
    بیانش میکنند چون تاثیرگذارترین
    شیوه بیان مشکلات سینماست. اما اینجا تا یک نفر
    شجاعانه درد جامعه رو بیان میکنه
    میشه سیاه نمایی و تصویر بد و
    … . چون به ما یاد دادن بجای حل معضلات بگیم، ولش کن صداشو
    درنیار مردم چی میگن و از این مذخرفات.

    دو حالت داره یا اونقدر حقیرید که
    نمیفهمید اینجا نقد فیلم برادران لیلا
    هست نه پاره کردن سینه خودتون از طرف مردم خیالی که فکر میکنید پشت نطر توخالیتون هستن
    برای ….. به خصوص که خانواده لیلا (ترانه علیدوستی) با مشکلات مالی و بدهی دست و پنجه نرم می‌کنند و سه برادر
    سال‌هاست که بیکار هستند.

    اجرای فوق‌العاده علیدوستی را برای
    اولین بار در بین تیم‌ هم‌مرتبه از لحاظ سبک و سیاق هنری در یک گروه بزرگ از
    بازیگران را شاهد هستیم.

    از طرفی دختر خانواده، تنها فردی است که درآمد واقعی دارد.
    همین امر منجر به شکل‌گیری داستان می‌شود، به طوری که همه اعضای خانواده مدام
    در حال تعامل و واکنش با یکدیگر هستند.
    هر کدام از آن‌ها سعی دارند تا پیشرفت کنند، اما برای انجام این کار، ناگزیر باید
    بر دیگری پا بگذارند تا به هدف خود برسند.
    هر کدام درگیر داستانی در زندگی و مشکلاتشان هستند و زمانی که از وجود سکه‌ها باخبر می‌شوند، تلاش می‌کنند تا از آن برای مشکلات
    خودشان استفاده کنند. مهم‌ترین شخصیتی که او بازی درخشانی از آن ارائه داده دو شخصیت مبتلا به اعتیاد
    فیلم‌های ابد و یک روز و
    مغزهای کوچک زنگ زده است.
    عدالت خواهی به معنای بازپس‌گیری
    حق زیستن و نه انتقاد از وضعیت فعلی که
    شاید تنها جاه‌طلبی روستایی در این زمینه موهای
    بافته و آویزان ترانه علی‌دوستی، لیلا، است.
    ویژگی ابتدایی فیلم‌نامه فیلم مورد بحث تعلیق بدون سیاه‌نمایی به واسطه استفاده از سیاهی‌های موجود در بطن داستان است.
    فیلم‌نامه قصه‌ای را به عنوان پیرنگ برگزیده که ماجرای قشر عظیمی از جامعه امروز است اما این ماجرا همچنان سمپاتی‌اش برای بیننده متحجر غیرقابل قبول می‌شود.
