Immediata la risposta dei sindaci dei comuni di Casapesenna (Marcello De Rosa), Frignano (Gabriele Piatto), Casaluce (Antonio Tatone), Teverola (Tommaso Barbato), San Marcellino (Anacleto Colombiano), Cesa (Enzo Guida), Villa di Briano (Luigi Della Corte), Lusciano (Nicola Esposito) e Parete (Gino Pellegrino), in relazione alla strigliata del prefetto Raffaele Ruberto sulle chiusure anticipate dei supermercati.

“Le ordinanze da noi disposte sulla limitazione degli orari di apertura dei negozi altro non sono che un diverso adeguamento dell’orario di lavoro – scrivono i 9 sindaci – Tali misure sono state assunte in quanto, nonostante le limitazioni e il divieto degli assembramenti si è notato che nelle ore serali e la domenica persistevano fenomeni di affollamento e di assembramento nei pressi dei negozi, non collegati ad esigenze di necessità di approvvigionamento. Le stesse sono state disposte esclusivamente a tutela della salute dei cittadini, ricadendo sui noi sindaci, responsabili della salute pubblica, tale delicato compito”.

“L’orario degli esercizi commerciali è stato esclusivamente meglio organizzato, dando ai cittadini la possibilità di recarsi agli stessi dalle 8 alle 18 in maniera continuativa, senza la chiusura abituale dalle 13,30 alle 16 – precisano – Assicuriamo che sui nostri territori non vi sono fenomeni di affollamento all’esterno dei negozi di generi alimentari, anzi stranamente assistiamo ad una presenza sempre meno assidua cittadini all’interno di tali esercizi. Sarà, nostra premura in contemporanea alla chiusura dei negozi predisporre adeguati controlli affinché i cittadini non escano dal territorio comunale, con pattugliamenti della polizia locale, della stazione dei carabinieri e della polizia di Stato”.

Intanto il sindaco di Sparanise Salvatore Martiello, che nei giorni scorsi aveva firmato un’ordinanza imponendo a farmacie e supermercati di aprire solo 3 giorni a settimana, ha provveduto a revocare il provvedimento.
